Who: EVERYONE! This event is OPEN TO THE PUBLIC.

When: November 8th, 2025

Marco Island Meals of Hope 2025 packaging event will be at the Marco Island Charter Middle School on Saturday, November 8th. Registration opens at 8:00 a.m. and everyone shall be packaging by 8:30 a.m. The event is being held in the GYM with A/C again.

Approximately 500 volunteers are needed for the event. Volunteers will staff 14-foot stations with 10-13 people per station. Stations will be distanced to minimize contact between participants. Face masks are optional, but gloves shall be worn by all handing food products as well as hair nets unless you bring your own hat or other hair covering.

Pre Event – Meals of Hope After Five’s

What: A Warrior’s Celebration of Hope. Complimentary hors doeuvres, happy hour drink pricing and music compliments of the Meals of Hope entertainers extraordinaire. But wait, there’s more! It will be an amazing afternoon of food, entertainment, friendship and fellowship. Of course, all proceeds from the $20.00 entry fee benefits Meals of Hope!

Why: This is a fundraiser to benefit Meals of Hope. All proceeds will go to purchase raw food materials for the November 2025 – Meals of Hope packaging event. We are proud that the packaging event is a joint effort of the Marco Island Sunrise and the Noontime Rotary Clubs and the Kiwanis Club of Marco Island.

What else: Of course you will have the opportunity to purchase Meals of Hope tee shirts, hats, 50/50 raffle tickets.
